• 1 cup fresh blueberries
•  1 ripe banana
• 1/2 cup ice cubes
• 1 scoop Jay Robb TM   Vanilla Whey Powder

Whizz in blender

Traveling can be a state of being or a state of mind.  For some traveling can mean just moving from one side of a room to another.  We can go to far and exotic places physically or we can just travel in our own minds.

Adventure comes in many forms.  Moving towards an adventure of the day is a must for me.  Sometimes I am slow to start not too excited to get out of my comfort zone.  But exploring my dreams is what keeps me savoring that zest for life.

Even if  the world is in chaos and everything seems dark and dreary, sticking my neck out and daring to travel feeds my soul.  I  can go anywhere in my adventure.  Dream, dare, explore.  We can travel many ways.

• Moving to Florida to die (and then you don't)
• An invigorating walk
• A New Art Project
• Getting a New Job
• Meeting New Friends

Don't ever let me stagnate.  Every last person grows older and older by the second.  But, my thoughts will

continue to bring youth into an ever aging body.  The fountain of youth lies in sticking my neck out and not being afraid to travel on this life of adventure that I create for myself.

I have several books I am writing. -  the current one - "Dusk After the Storm" .  Bridges are the central theme of the first chapter.  Bridges in this book represent the crossover between birth and death and I am expanding on this idea.

The Flesh is Practically Tasteless and Very Creamy

 This plum is only about the size of a grape with thin and fleshy, creamy fruit, (not juicy) and it is almost tasteless.  Florida has interesting fruits.

Everglades Wonder Gardens in Bonita Beach, Fla.

The Everglades Wonder Gardens have been around for a long time.  It was becoming sort of run down and a few years ago someone bought and improved it.

Guess it is real nice now.  I will have to visit sometime.

Passion Fruit From Pine Island is Delicious

 Passion Fruit Kind of Smells Like a grapefruit and to me tastes like a mix between a mango and a grapefruit and maybe some peach.  It's very unique and has little seeds that are edible.

These came fresh from Pine Island, Florida.  Yummy.  1/2 Gone and 1/2 to Go.
