Black Skimmer

    
On one windy day I got a nice angle of these Black Skimmer water birds.  Walking South on Lowdermilk Beach, there were many varieties of birds taking a respite from the weather.  It was an isolated day, and I had the beach almost to myself except for these critters.  Very relaxing.  I love the wind and the sea.

Shells of Paradise Coast

  Bonita Beach, one beach on the so-called Paradise Coast,  has a good selection of shells most of the year.  I have found many of these.  Nature is abundant and provides such beautiful things for us to do. 

 And it is great exercise to wander along the coast becoming lost to space-time. Every so often someone will stop me to look at my shells and we will strike up such a nice conversation.

Green Dream Smoothie

Green Dream Smoothie

1/2 Apple
1/2 Cup Pineapple ( I used frozen)
1 Handful of Baby Spinach
1 Flower (Piece) of Cauliflower
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Teaspoon Collagen Powder
4 Tablespoons Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Powder ( More of less to your taste)
4 Ice Cubes
Can use some water if you like a thinner consistency.

Whiz in a Vitamixer or Comparable Blender

You can't taste the spinach, nor the cauliflower.
